Sustain Together is a livelihood initiative by PRCF aimed at empowering men and young boys through meaningful job opportunities. We believe that sustainable change starts with dignity in work—and this program ensures that individuals from low-income or vulnerable backgrounds are equipped with the tools, training, and platforms to earn a steady income.
Whether it’s placements in agriculture, skilled labor, logistics, or support services, we match individuals with employment that fits their skill level and aspirations. We also provide soft skills training, discipline-building sessions, and emotional guidance to help them become confident, responsible earners who contribute to their families and communities.
By giving young men, a sense of purpose and financial independence, Sustain Together promotes long-term stability—one job, one family at a time.
