Crafted Power

Empowering Women with Skills, Stability, and Self-Worth

Crafted Power operates at the grassroots, partnering with local communities to identify women in need and tailor skill-building programs to their context. Its modular training design makes it easy to replicate across villages, towns, and urban slums—enabling us to scale impact without compromising quality.

Skill to Income Pipeline

Our approach goes beyond training—we create direct income opportunities by offering in-house work and linking women to market demand. This ensures that skills don’t just stay on paper but immediately translate into financial independence and sustainable livelihoods.

About Programe

Crafted Power is a flagship women empowerment initiative by Pushparani Charitable Foundation (PRCF) that equips women with practical, income-generating skills to build independent, dignified lives. Through hands-on training in stitching, tailoring, and basic textile craft, women—especially those from underprivileged backgrounds—learn not just a trade, but a path to self-reliance.

Beyond training, we offer job placements and in-house work opportunities so participants can earn a steady monthly income to support themselves and their families. Each woman enrolled becomes part of a supportive community that uplifts, motivates, and nurtures growth.

Crafted Power is more than a skills program—it is a movement toward financial independence, confidence, and long-term empowerment. One skill at a time, one woman at a time, we’re crafting futures filled with pride and possibility.
